At Storkcraft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your nursery furniture isn't the perfect fit, you may return new, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
